I have feedback related to the class I booked for my child. Where can I share it?

What additional offerings do I get through the Genpact membership?
From time to time EHQ will offer curated content available to Genpact employees. Any specialized events will be announced by the Genpact team.
Will I need to pay any additional fees for using this platform?
Most activities listed on EnrichedHQ charge a fee that you will pay upon booking. Outside of the listed fee, there are no other costs.
Will my personal information be secure?
To keep your data safe, EnrichedHQ never stores payment or credit card information. For further details please see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
I would like to share the Genpact discounted rate with my family/friend, how can I do so?
Only current Genpact families are entitled to the GENPACT corporate code. However, we encourage members of the direct family to create their own account.
Why is my 15% discount not being applied on the platform?
If you have already created an account and the discount has not been applied, please contact us at info@enrichedhq.com.
What do I do if I have technical difficulties?
Genpact employees, like all users can receive an immediate response via the chat functionality available on all pages of the website or via email at info@enrichedhq.com

I’m having trouble creating an account, signing in, adding children to my account, or booking an activity, how can I get help?
We’re here to help and make it easy for families to find and book fabulous activities. If you are having problems just email us at info@enrichedhq.com and we will get right back to you.
I want to purchase a program/activity for a friend, how do I do that?
Gifting EHQ activities and programs is a great idea! You can do this by purchasing a gift certificate. You can find the “gift certificate” link in the purple banner at the top of the site.
We accept most payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover as well as PayPal.
What do I need to do to take the class?
Once the booking of your activity is finalized, you will be contacted directly by our partner with specific instructions for your activity. Every partner and activity is different but we work hard with our partners to make sure any pre-registration needs are finalized. In some cases the vendor will require more information or specific forms (especially for on-site activities). These will be handled directly between you and the partners. We will ensure your registration is confirmed with the vendor and follow up with both you and them to address any problems. Should you have any questions on registration you can always contact us at

What if I have multiple kids to enroll?
Creating your family profile on the EnrichedHQ Marketplace is easy. Here you can include details for multiple kids, securely add waver records and manage payment profiles.
What documents or data you need?
Booking activities require agreement to EnrichedHQ policies. Certain activities will also have specific requirements which will be prominently listed on the activity page.
I want to sign my child up for an activity, but the date/time it’s offered is not convenient for us. How can I find out if new dates will be added?
New dates/times (as well as new activities) are regularly added to our site. Please reach out to info@enrichedhq.com and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
My employer provided access to EnrichedHQ as a benefit. What do I do if I can't find my employer code?
Please feel free to contact us at info@enrichedhq.com and we will happily provide the appropriate employer code.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Since access to the marketplace is free for families there is nothing to cancel. Should you wish to delete your account profile from the Marketplace, just contact us at info@enrichedhq.com
What is your refund policy?
EnrichedHQ requires a 24-hour notice prior to the activity start date/time to receive a full refund. Some providers have individualized requirements based on the activity. These will be listed on the activity description page.
What if I need to change a reservation?
Let us know as soon as possible by contacting info@enrichedhq.com . We will assist in rescheduling as possible.

How do I post activities?
Once registered as an EnrichedHQ partner our team hosts an onboarding session to walk you through setting up your activities and managing them ongoing. It’s super easy.
What if an activity has multiple days, times, or lengths?
Not a problem. The platform allots for multiple days/times for single or multi-day events. Parents can register for a single event or multiple all in one transaction.
What if an activity has special requirements for registration?
We can handle all the details your activities require. Our team will work with you to make sure any pre-requisites are addressed prior to booking.
Can I reach a specific target audience through your programs?
As part of the Power package, your dedicated success manager works with you for individualized ‘featured activity’ programs.
What if I want customers to register directly with me?
Each partner is different. That’s why our team takes the time to understand your business. We will work with you to ensure being an EnrichedHQ partner makes it easy to fill your activities and fits your business need.
EnrichedHQ handles booking transactions with the parents and remits payments to partners on a bi-monthly schedule.
How many activity posting can I have?
Go for it! All EnrichedHQ packages allow for unlimited postings. The more the merrier because parents love choice.
As a partner, you will receive monthly communication on our outreach programs. The best indicator will be the increased registrations in your activities.
