Class Times: Monday’s 7-7:55 pm ESTÂ
Level: Beginner
Duration: 45 minutes per class
Class Size: Limited to 9 students
Age: Ideal for kids aged 6-12Â
Parent Info: Lessons will be hosted over Zoom. Siblings should purchase separately and have their own device if attending same lesson.
Materials: Water and yoga mat.Â
Additional Notes: It is best if the child is in a quiet environment with a good internet connection.Â

About Pretzel Kids Founder Robyn Parets: Hi everyone! I’m a mom to 3 boys and a yoga/meditation teacher for almost 20 years. Pretzel Kids yoga is one of the fastest-growing youth yoga and mindfulness brands in America.
In addition to my training and background in yoga & meditation, I’m trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) from UMass (the program started by Jon Kabat-Zinn). The Pretzel Kids yoga & mindfulness curriculum was developed by yoga & school teachers and is now in place in schools, gyms, recreation centers, camps and more.
